These look really good. My tweenager wanted cool pajamas and these are more grown up looking than the usual sets. The pants are not tight like for little kids, but also not voluminous. I ordered his normal size and they fit well – but I haven’t washed them yet. If they shrink a lot, then I probably should have sized up.

My 13-year old needed “cool” pajamas for an overnight trip, and out of many many pairs purchased and tried on, these were the ones he liked. He still wears them a lot at home. They are not only comfortable and not childish-looking, but they have also been really durable and have kept their shape and texture through quite a few wash and dries so far.

this review is based on one aspect but it’s a deal breaker…A ‘What were they thinking?’ deal breaker. The brand tag on the center back of the shirt and the pants is made of something like a cross between plastic and fabric. At first it appears to be a sticker you can peel off but no, it is stuck fast with some kind of heat seal. It’s a large rectangle with razorsharp corners. Because it’s so different from the soft fabric,…the tag area doesn’t move and bend but rather scratches and pokes everytime my son moves. I knew it was going to be a problem but i said give it a go and if it’s uncomfortable you can change. He gave it about 20 minutes and there were pink scratch marks on his skin from the irritation. It’s a pity because they do look great and the fabric seems quality. In closing – DO NOT recommend until A&F changes the tag style.
