Love that this shoe had a little edgy flair on a classic pump. Really beautiful but oh so uncomfortable. My toes hurt just trying them on; I was actually surprised because it’s a pretty moderate heel. Even tried them on with gel inserts but to no avail… had to send them back. Super bummed.

Beautiful shoe however very disappointed in the smooth, cheap all plastic sole. This type of plastic sole is the type found on 20.dollar shoes….very hard and slippery and unable to be repaired. For this price point i would expect leather or at least an imitation leather sole. There are many shoes costing less than 80.00 that have leather soles. Also there is no padding at all inside, not even a little. Beautiful shoe otherwise.

The pumps are fine. I love Coach heels. They fit perfectly and so stylish. I’ve been wanting this shoe for well over a year. I would recommend these shoes to anyone woman who’s into fashion and style.

Shoes are beautiful. There is nothing cheap about the soles. I ordered my normal 8.5 and found them to be at least a half size too big. I’m hopeful the 8 works. These are very well made classy shoes. If they fit, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Beautiful shoe! Fit is very comfortable and they look great! The bead chain adds elegance. The heel is just high enough to look good but you can still wear them all day. I bought this shoe in several colors. Very happy with my purchase!

I’m glad i didn’t go up half a size as per other review because they are almost a touch big in my regular 7.5 but will be just fine. These are super sexy! I got the green and i love the color, so regal! Can’t wait to wear them

I love this shoe. The suede is a rich green as depicted and the gold beading trim adds a sophisticated touch. They are very comfortable for the style and height of the heel, but I didn’t walk very far in them. I usually wear an 8, or an 8.5 about 25% of the time, and after trying both sizes, I kept the 8.5. I’m very pleased.

Although this shoe is beautiful, the quality of the leather is very poor. The shoe is uncomfortable and I’m surprised that the usual Coach quality has deteriorated.

I am usually a size 8 and I ordered a size 8.5 because I have a wide foot. This show fits perfect as an 8.5 for a wide foot. If you have a narrow foot, I would stick true to your size. This pair is nicely made, and feel good to wear. They are not going to need a lot of breaking in, which is nice! They look really nice and the blue color is fabulous!

This is a beautiful shoe and looks really sharp, but felt like it was a half size too large in terms of both width and length. I ordered my normal size, but it’s tricky because it really depends on the brand. With this shoe, I could fit my finger between my foot (toes) and the top part of the shoe at the ball of my foot. Unfortunately, the next size down is sold out. I thought about keeping them and trying to make them work by using foot petals and heel grips, but decided that for this price, they need to fit properly, so they are going back. Very sad.

I’m an 8.5 in most shoes except pumps due to narrow toe bed. I do have extremely wide feet due to foot problems but ordered an 8.5 based on reviews and they fit well. Slightly tight but expected that. Length is perfect and overall fits well. If you have a very narrow foot, might even want to 1/2 size down. Heel height is not too high and very professional.

These shoes are absolutely stunning – one of my favorite pairs ever!! That being said, they run small and they are narrow. I am normally a 6.5 – my toes felt very crunched and I had to work to get my foot in them while trying to be gentle on the shoe – even though my foot is usually considered narrow. I ret them and ordered a 7.5 – even though they felt perfect in toe box, they were to long – so ret those and ordered a 7 – those fit great – they feel a tad tight in toe box again, but I think I just need to wear them a couple of times and they’ll be perfect. I ABSOLUTELY love them and look and feel like they are rock solid quality – I expect nothing less from Coach! I also must give a shout out to zappos customer service team who always gives me a positive, friendly and professional support experience. I buy my entire family of 5 most of our shoes from zappos for the past 10 years – so we’ve had a ton of things we’ve had to exchange and not one time has it been a negative experience. Thank you so much, zappos!!

Can heels of any height ever be 100% comfortable? These are pretty close especially for someone who prefers a block heel (running from a zombie apocalypse). I needed a nude heel and I’m sucker for a little something extra. The bead chain is a nice touch. It makes these just different enough and adds a sparkle that supports wear at anytime. I really like these.
